I like this design because it's so simple. The overall clock body is small, about an inch
thick, four and a half inches wide and about three and a half inches tall. It's a very straight forward style that provides maximum
expression for the color choices and face style without distraction from a more complex clock body.
It includes a cast and polished solid clock shell, gloss black bezel and gloss black feet with felt padding. I generally
make these available with black bezel, feet and hands but you can specify other colors for the bezel, feet and hands. You
can also specify a finer or more coarse swirl pattern, just make a note when finalizing things at the checkout.

Ok, so. The clock selection process cover's three pages, you start here by picking the movement style from the
available options by clicking on the option you want. I designed this one to fit one of 2 clock movement styles, a battery powered and
a plug in version. In addition to movement choices you'll select the color and pattern and chose from the available
dial face styles.
Option 1: This movement is a single AA battery powered movement, however it's not a typical
quartz movement. It features a smooth, continuous motion sweep second hand that looks quite analog (no jerky motion).
It's also nearly silent (compared to other quartz movement) and would be reasonable to use in a bedroom. Battery access
is in the rear next to set knob.
Option 2: A U.S. made 120 Volt compact quartz movement with second hand. This movement is not
continuous sweep, it will display the somewhat less elegant quartz style motion (where the
second hand snaps from one second to the next), it's still a plug-in model though so no batteries to change.
